Letter From Davidson Water, Inc.

We at Davidson Water Inc are asking that each fire department notify the patrons in their district at least a day ahead of time, if possible, as to when you will be testing the fire hydrants. This will help our customers to make decisions about when they can wash clothes and will help avoid unnecessary phone calls and

problems.

We also ask that you try to keep our office posted on a daily basis as to where you are flow testing your hydrants. You can go by your flow chart map and just advise where you will be. For example, testing from hydrant 1 to hydrant 30 (these are not the hydrant numbers but the flow testing order). That will give us the names of the road on which you will be for that day.

For you viewing, we have included a sample of what you might put in the newspaper. You can use your own if you prefer, just try to notify customers when you are planning to test.

We thank you for your cooperation.

DAVIDSON WATER, INC.
